Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer flexibility while protecting the time reserved for your session. Please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy below: 1. Cancellations: • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session have no penalty. • For cancellations made within 48 hours, a $20 cancellation fee will apply. • For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, a $35 cancellation fee will apply. 2. Rescheduling: • Clients may reschedule their booking online up to 24 hours before the session without penalty. • For rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance, please contact us directly. No-shows: • Clients who fail to cancel or reschedule and do not show up for their session will be charged a $35 no-show fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as this policy helps us manage our schedule and serve all clients effectively.
