Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Rescheduling & Deposit Policy We understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer flexibility while protecting the time reserved for your session. Please review our updated policy below: 1. Deposits • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your time slot. • This deposit will be applied toward your total session cost. • In the event of a cancellation, reschedule, or no-show, the deposit will not be refunded. 2. Cancellations • You may cancel your session at any time. • No additional fees will be charged for cancellations, but the deposit will be forfeited. 3. Rescheduling • Clients may reschedule online up to 24 hours before their session. • For rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance, please contact us directly. • The original deposit will still apply to the new session time if rescheduling is completed successfully. • If the session is not rescheduled and is instead canceled, the deposit remains non-refundable. 4. No-Shows • Clients who do not show up for their session without prior notice will forfeit their deposit. • No additional charges will be applied beyond the loss of the deposit. 5. Final Deliverables • Full payment is required before any high-quality, non-watermarked footage or final files will be delivered. • Preview or draft versions may be shared for review, but they will include watermarks or be in low-resolution until payment is complete. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy helps us manage our schedule and serve all clients effectively.
